LORD’s 1974 collaborated with Netflix to dress all the main cast of “The Ghost Bride” at the Premiere in Taiwan and Malaysia including Ludi Lin (Canada), Kuang Tian (Taiwan) and Wu Kang-ren (Taiwan) and was one of the costume sponsors for the movie production in Malaysia.
The Ghost Bride, written by Malaysian writer Yangsze Choo, and starred Huang Pei-jia, Wu Kang-jen, Ludi Lin, and Kuang Tian, was shot at multiple locations in Malaysia. Some of the locations include Perak, Penang, Johor, Taiping, and Ipoh. According to Quek Shio-Chuan, the co-director of The Ghost Bride, the majority of the filming was done in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Baru.
The story features Malaysian culture and is set in 1890’s Melaka.
